Q. I find myself in the fortunate position of having two really good job offers to consider. One is for a lot more money than I'm making now, but the other one seems to have more variety and greater potential for growth. Should I take the money or the dream job?

A. The only person that can answer that question is you. Whether you place higher value on money or development or any of a number of other job attributes is highly personal and will likely change over time. The one thing we can say is that you should trust your instincts and go with whichever one feels like the best opportunity. If you really aren't sure what your instincts are telling you, you might try flipping a coin. Before you reveal how the coin fell, ask yourself if you're hoping the answer will be heads or tails. That should tell you what you really want to do, and if it doesn't, you can always just go with the way the coin flipped. Congratulations on the offers, and best of luck in the next stage of your career.
