Do you have experience as a Mortgage Loan Closer of Title Closer? Do you know and understand the ins and outs of Closing a loan? Do you have experience reviewing completed loan packages against system data; correcting errors to loan packages and/or system data; obtaining missing information; may resolve exception processing issues? This could be the postilion for you!
The best fit person will have Residential Mortgage Loan Closing experience since 2007; the more recent the better! Most importantly, one must have worked with the most current RESPA laws.
