The Associate will be part of the Service Excellence Group and will be responsible for supporting the Tampa-based Financial Planners and their clients.
Administrative responsibilities will include handling the phones, setting appointments, managing office details, tracking client details in our CRM and providing general customer service.
With direction from the Financial Planners, the Associate will also be responsible for handling client mailings and emails communication as well as coordinating client events.
Key competencies for these roles include: · Exceptional organizational skills as well as strong data management skills · Process-oriented mindset with demonstrated project management in a fast-paced environment · Excellent communication and professional demeanor · Strong PC knowledge, typing and related skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
