Job Description: This Sharepoint Administrator Position Features:
• Established Company
• Great Pay to $100K

Required Experience:

• Eight or more years of experience with business information systems integration or custom business application design and development.

• Eight or more years of experience with SharePoint Technologies (including recent experience with SharePoint Server 2010, Forms Services, Excel Services, Enterprise Search, Business Data Catalog and Web Services).

• Minimum of five years of SharePoint Farm Administration including planning and design of security, backups, indexing/search configuration, mail configuration, item level and/or site restores, disaster recovery and overall capacity planning for sites, applications and databases.

• Minimum of five years of experience developing web parts, workflows and navigation customization. Also with set up and maintenance of environments for testing custom solutions and development and documentation of processes for deploying solutions.

• Minimum of five years of experience installing service packs, hotfixes, updates and patches.

• Microsoft SQL Server Database, Analysis, Integration and Reporting Services

• Experience in Programming with .NET Framework using C# and full life cycle of software development activities including ASP .NET and client web development (XML, XSL, ASP .NET, AJAX, HTML, Java Script

• Identify, analyze, define, and coordinate customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Farm and web site architectural design and awareness of industry standards and technologies as they relate to web sites, including search engine optimization. Must possess the ability to analyze and review existing farm configurations, make recommendations and implement improvements

• Experience in production support - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, resolving operational issues and managing multiple projects and priorities.

• Must be able to deliver as a development lead for business application development and SharePoint architecture projects and develop design, requirements and system configuration documents.

Desired Experience:

• Experience with third party vendors for remote file storage integration, archive services and application integrations.
• Experience with upgrading a SharePoint environment to a newer version.
• Mobile application platform development.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, design, and attention to performance, scalability, reliability and availability.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Typically requires a bachelors or master’s degree in a technical area. Microsoft certifications and/or years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
