IT Systems Analyst Oracle Advanced Pricing, BOM & WIP Job Responsibilities: · Diagnose and support user application issues at a Tier 2 level. · Communicate with end users on issue resolution. · Learn custom ERP functionality and implement configuration changes as needed. · Escalate issues to appropriate departments or team members as needed. · Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs. · Participate in business and department meetings as required. · Prepare activity reports to manager as required. · Other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements: · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; with ability to handle/communicate difficult and sensitive information to the business. · Experience with Oracle E-Business suite preferred. · Experience in Tradeshow industry a plus. · Ability to work in both a team environment, as well as independently, as required. · Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure and time sensitive situations. · Solid understanding of business practices and policy with fundamental understanding of other IT functions, including Project Management and IT Development methodology. · Possess technical general understanding of application, database, and system design. · General understanding of SOX and impacts of system changes to policy.
