In this Customer Service Call Center position you will be talking with accident and health customers (claimants, insureds, brokers and attorneys) by phone or by email and handles service matters, answers questions, escalates problems and offers solutions. Emphasis on First Call Resolution. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Handles complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments or to claim adjusters for further investigation.
