Immediate need for a Dental Insurance Call Center Rep seeking great environment, beautiful location and opportunity for hire. Candidates who are friendly, thorough with great follow-up, and hardworking are most desirable and the keys to success in their organization. Will be responsible for handling customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage, educating customers regarding coverage and resolving escalated issues from customers. Candidates must have completed a Dental Assisting program and worked in a dental clinical setting for 1-2 years. Candidates must be available work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Candidates must be able to pass a background check prior to starting.
