15 Positions Available!!! Customer Service Representative Needed!!! Seeking a highly qualified, energetic, team-oriented, and experience individuals to join their team.Experienced customer service representatives will be responsible for handling inbound telephone calls and making every effort to provide excellent service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: talking to customers by phone or in person, receives orders or handles questions, and handles complaints concerning billing or service rendered. Attendance and attention to detail are critical to the position. Qualifications/Requirements: 2-years experience in a major call center required.*A high school diploma or GED.* exceptional phone etiquette.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* This position does require a 8 hour shift either 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
