Responsibilities:
• Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
• Cultivate a customer-first environment at all times.
• Assist in the management of the store, with the aim of assuming independent management responsibilities within one year.
• Surpass store sales and margin targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Monitor operational expenses and adhere to specified budgets on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Lead inventory management following company-standardized operating procedures.
• Exhibit effective delegation and follow-up skills.
