Direct Hire Position - company does not offer health benefits but will offer stipend for employee if needed.
Pay: $55-65k

Schedule: M-F, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Details:
Office Manager for a team of 15. Looking for someone with very strong office management experience. QuickBooks is a must. If the person has any medical or healthcare admin experience, this is helpful but not required. This person will help to make sure the office runs smoothly. Help with facilities, dealing with office vendors, etc. Working closely with the management team and helping with reports, emails, etc as needed. Someone with strong critical thinking skills, good common sense, takes, initiative, and able to problem solve. Coordinates and directs administrative support functions for an office or department. Filing, ordering of supplies, records maintenance, and other clerical services. Organize office operations such as workspace assignment and layout.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency, or organization.
• Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Set goals and deadlines for the department.
• Acquire, distribute and office or supplies.
• Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.
• Plans, administer, for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
