As a Mortgage Loan Closing Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and finalizing the loan closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and financial requirements.

Tasks:

Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to ensure receipt of all necessary documentation for closing.
Thoroughly review all loan-related documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and oversee the final loan documentation, including contracts and closing statements, ensuring everything is complete and correct prior to closing.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in the field.
Experience working with Microsoft Office and BytePro.
Knowledge of Mortgage Loans, including FHA203b, 203k, VA, RURAL, Ley 87, Convencionales, Conforming, and Non-Conforming.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Experience in the entire case analysis cycle and required documentation.
Knowledge of state and federal laws related to mortgage loans and skills in guiding clients.


We offer: Base salary of $2,300 plus $125.00 for each case processed for closure.
