We are currently accepting potential Candidates who meet the following: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS •Current enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university carrying a minimum of 12 Semester or 8 Quarter units (Copy of most recent transcript to be brought at time of Interview/Registration) •Maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale Candidates REQUIRED Commitments: * Availability (onsite) of a maximum of 20 hours per week (Intern works hours may vary and be mutually agreeable between the intern and supervisor) * Internship START DATE: Monday - June 03, 2024 *Able to COMMIT to the DURATION of the Internship through Friday - October 25, 2024. Information Services: Enterprise GIS – Will assist with the following: update other agency database data, participate in miscellaneous data cleanup, learn ArcGIS online cleanup, perform documentation standardization and cleanup. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Class level junior or higher is preferred. Basic knowledge of computer equipment and Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrate self-motivation and a passion for GIS by actively seeking opportunities to improve skills, expand knowledge, and engage in professional development, contributing to a positive and innovative work environment.
