Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Pay: $24-$28/hr

Seeking an Accounting Specialist available to start as soon as possible! Located in Escondido, CA and pays up to $28/hr DOE. This position is in charge of providing support to the accounting department, top-notch proficiency in SAGE or Procure accounting systems, help with banks and credit cards statements, Billings, A/P and A/R - posting transactions, allocations etc.

- Experience in SAGE 100 or Procure preferred, or QuickBooks (desktop), and MS Office products
- Experience in the construction industry or similar, preferred
- Familiar with payroll entries
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently, while also work well with others
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Organization highly detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize time management.
